This is our new-classic: a whisky that uses customised virgin American oak barrels for that vanilla & toffee sweetness, finished in ex-sherry casks for an ending of plum and dark berry that lingers on the tongue. These ex-sherry notes contrast the strong virgin oak flavours and creates a whisky that’s even-tempered and well balanced.

Our customised American Oak casks, direct from Kentucky, USA, have been made with very specific toasting and charring profiles to curate an oak-driven, toffee and vanillin filled front end.

All of our drams have been distilled in our tall and sleek custom-made pot-still, crafted to allow a large amount of passive reflux, and therefore create a lighter, fruitier and easy-to -drink spirit – just right for the Australian climate.

Great on the rocks, straight up, or however you like your whisky. We don’t judge. So why not have a try?
